Before You Decide to Sell

Let’s Look at the Inventory Together

An in-person consignment consultation helps turn a room, collection, estate, or business inventory into a practical plan. Discuss whether an auction fits—and what it would take to carry it out.

What We Discuss During the Visit

Examine the Inventory

Walk through the property, representative items, condition, quantity, records, and access. A rough inventory and a few photos are enough to start.

Discuss the Best Sale Option

Get a knowledgeable auction-planning opinion: what may suit an auction, what needs more research, and when another sale route may make more sense.

Map the Work and Timing

Talk through sorting, photography, cataloging, promotion, the sale, pickup or shipping, and settlement. Identify the work, responsibilities, costs, and likely timeline.

The goal: a clear next step.

You should understand the likely auction fit, the information still needed, and the work ahead. Any proposal, visit charge, and sale terms are confirmed before you commit. This is a preliminary auction-planning review; a formal appraisal for insurance, tax, or legal use requires a separate qualified appraisal service.

Request an Inventory Consultation

Tell us what you have and how to reach you. A few photos help, but they’re optional. * Required.

Required only if you choose a phone call or text message.
A short description, rough amount, and any deadline are enough to start.

This is the optional upload area. Start with wide photos showing the overall amount, then add ordinary examples and important items. Business sellers can attach a CSV or Excel inventory.

Up to 12 files · 15 MB each · 45 MB total

No files selected. Files are optional.

Accepted File Types and Privacy

Accepted: JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, HEIC, TIFF, CSV, Excel, ODS, PDF, Word DOCX, TXT, MP4, and MOV. Short video clips work best because each file must be 15 MB or smaller.

Upload only property-related material. Do not include passwords, payment-card or bank details, government identification, medical records, customer or employee records, or unrelated personal information.

Your information is private. Sending this request does not commit you to a sale. We’ll review it and contact you about the next step.
