How we operate
Evidence before adjectives; written scope before property moves
Every catalog photograph should be the actual item. Descriptions distinguish what can be seen, what records support, what a seller reports, and what remains uncertain. A lot is not called original, vintage, or reproduction merely because an image looks convincing.
On the seller side, fit comes first. If the property is appropriate, the written agreement defines accepted scope, services, responsibilities, commercial terms, schedule, reserve arrangements if any, unsold property, reporting, and settlement before catalog work begins.
Auction is price discovery, not a guaranteed offer. We would rather explain why another channel fits than force the wrong property into a catalog.

Do you tell sellers exactly what property will bring?
No. We offer a free preliminary collection appraisal for auction planning that may discuss fit, an estimated range, and workload when the evidence supports it. It is not a certified or purpose-specific appraisal report, an offer, acceptance, consignment agreement, or guaranteed result. Auction is price discovery, and the written agreement controls any accepted engagement.
