Seller service areas · Location changes the plan
West Orange County and Greater Orlando are the core local review areas. Requests from Lakeland and Polk County, Tampa Bay, Ocala and Marion County, Lake County, and elsewhere in Florida are reviewed case by case after we see the property, access, volume, authority, and timing.
Two different location questions
A bidder can participate from anywhere the platform permits. A seller project involves physical property, authority, access, catalog work, transport, storage, buyer removal, and a real deadline.
For buyers
The Florida and Orlando auction calendar links to current Bidding Is Open events. Follow each event’s catalog link for registration, bids, lot status, timers, terms, payment, and invoices. Ocoee pickup or offered shipping follows the applicable event record.

Send photographs, approximate volume, authority, records, access, exclusions, and timing. We review whether the property and required work may fit an auction engagement, then define any accepted scope in writing. Submitting information does not promise acceptance, travel, or a result.

If the property is outside the core local area, start with photographs and the exact location. Distance, access, volume, transport, and timing determine whether a workable scope exists.
Case-by-case review
Send the property location, representative photographs, volume, access, and timing. Review or transport away from the Ocoee base is defined only after the property fit is understood.
Case-by-case review
Requests are considered case by case. Distance, access, transport, volume, timing, and property fit must support a workable written scope.
Case-by-case review
Substantial property may be submitted for a preliminary fit review. The first decision is whether the property, distance, access, deadline, and transport work support an engagement.
Case-by-case review
Online bidders can use each event's linked catalog from anywhere. Seller projects outside the core Central Florida area require a separate logistics and scope decision.
What location changes
Online bidding can widen discovery. It does not remove the work of identifying, moving, cataloging, storing, releasing, packing, or settling physical property.
Confirm property type, ownership or authority, location, volume, records, condition, access, exclusions, and deadline.
Decide whether accepted property is delivered to Ocoee or whether another review, intake, transport, or on-site scope is practical.
Create the catalog and event record only after the property, schedule, terms, and buyer-fulfillment plan can be stated responsibly.
Coordinate payment, release, pickup or offered shipping, exceptions, reconciliation, and seller settlement under the controlling records.
Local auction questions
Bidding Is Open operates from Ocoee in West Orange County and publishes grouped service guidance for West Orange County and Greater Orlando. Every seller engagement is reviewed for property fit, authority, location, access, volume, timing, logistics, and work required before a service scope is offered.
No separate offices are represented in those cities. The published operating and appointment-pickup location is in Ocoee. Other locations describe areas from which a seller may request a review, not branch offices or walk-in facilities.
Yes. Send representative photographs, approximate volume, the exact location, authority, access conditions, and timing. Distance, transport, on-site work, intake, and property fit are evaluated case by case; a submission is not acceptance or a promise to travel.
Our Auctions page links to the catalog and bidding platform for each event. Use that catalog for registration, bids, live lot timers, event status, terms, invoices, and transaction-specific instructions.
Confirm the business identity and Darrien Eouse · FL Auctioneer AU#4535 · TX AU#17655 · GA AU#004220 · LA AU#2041, then use the written engagement for seller scope and the event's linked catalog, lot record, terms, and invoice for buyer transactions.
A location is useful when the property comes with it
Include representative photographs, approximate volume, the exact property location, authority, known records, access conditions, exclusions, and timing. We will review the situation before discussing a service scope.
