Accounts and Bidding
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for activity under your account. Bids are binding offers to purchase. Winning bidders agree to pay the bid amount plus any applicable buyer's premium, taxes, and fees. We may refuse or cancel bids, suspend accounts, or remove lots at our discretion.
Payment, Pickup, and Shipping
Payment terms, pickup, and shipping and handling are described per auction or invoice. Title passes upon full payment. Items are sold "as-is, where-is" unless otherwise stated.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
