Condition
Describe the mix buyers are actually receiving
A warehouse label such as new, return, salvage, sample, or overstock may not tell the whole story. Packaging can be faded or torn. Components can be missing. A case count can be wrong. Returns can range from unopened to heavily used.
The review should define condition categories and a sampling method appropriate to the inventory. Catalog language should say what was counted or inspected and what was not, so buyers can price uncertainty rather than discover it after pickup.
